At around 12:50 p.m. yesterday (4th), a white car drove through the safety fence on the road near an apartment building in Oksu-dong, Seoul, and rushed to the sidewalk.No one was injured in the accident
but some safety fences and vehicles were damaged.
Police believe there are no alcohol or drug charges, and are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident.
