North Korean State Councilor Kim Jong-un visited North Pyongan Province again, where large-scale floods occurred this summer, and urged the party to complete the damage recovery by next month's plenary session.

The Korean Central News Agency reported yesterday (4th) that Chairman Kim made the remarks at a local guidance on damage recovery construction sites such as Uiju-gun, North Pyongan Province.

In order to improve the quality of the construction, Chairman Kim also ordered measures, saying that there are a series of problems that will reinforce technical and technical capabilities and solve them nationally, the news agency said.

This is the third time Chairman Kim has visited a flood-stricken area in North Pyongan Province, and including his visit to Jagang Province last month, it is a site map of the flood-stricken area four times.
