The presidential office said that our government is ready to respond well to whatever the outcome of the U.S. presidential election.

An official from the presidential office told reporters today that the U.S. presidential election is considered a vote that could bring about changes in global history as well as international circumstances.

He also said that the results of the U.S. presidential election will affect political and domestic situations such as the U.S., China, Russia, and the European Union, and that the world's attention will likely be focused on the results of the U.S. presidential election throughout this week.

Referring to North Korea's dispatch of troops to the war in Ukraine, he added that the war in Ukraine and the U.S. presidential election may have been affected, which in turn could affect the situation on the Korean Peninsula.

He also stressed that we need to respond to the war in Ukraine, and that the conflict between Israel, Iran and Hamas continues in the Middle East, so we must continue to consider it.
