Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon called for the improvement of the preliminary feasibility study system, holding the Ministry of Strategy and Finance accountable for the Wirye Shrine Line, which was also attracted to the second re-publication and turned into a financial project.

Mayor Oh criticized the Ministry of Economy and Finance's total project cost standard, which neglected the voices of the field through SNS, for failing in the end, and that he had to say a word about the Ministry of Economy and Finance's unreasonable preliminary feasibility management method.

He said he would convert the project into a financial project so that it could be quickly re-promoted, but pointed out that if that happened, the Ministry of Economy and Finance would go through another preliminary hit, putting it in a situation of being delayed for another year to two years.

Mayor Oh said, "We will judge the feasibility in the same way anyway, but is it really reasonable to ask them to carry out the project because the business method has changed?" adding, "The Ministry of Economy and Finance should take out unnecessary procedures and respond to citizens' voices."
