A video of the work of "Atlas," a bipedal robot made by Hyundai Motor's robot affiliate, is attracting attention from overseas media.

The New York Post said, "Humanoid robots have shown a new ability to perform tasks without human help," and TechRadar, a British technology media outlet, introduced it as "the scariest video of Halloween this year."

Hyundai Motor released a video of "Atlas" moving parts to a mobile storage box, saying the work was created autonomously through the recognition, judgment and control of the robot without remote manipulation.

He added that it is expected to have a wider range of motion by strengthening cognitive and judgment skills with artificial intelligence in the future.
