A system has been launched that allows you to see an appropriate market price to prevent fraud damage when signing a lease on a deposit basis contract for a row or multi-family house.

In this regard, the Korea Association of Certified Brokerage announced that it has launched a system that calculates an appropriate jeonse price by finding cases of similar area transactions in the surrounding area based on specific row and multi-family houses.

The system was released in the transaction information network program mainly used by real estate agents.

In the future, we plan to expand the scope of information to single-family and multi-family houses and allow the general public to search as early as this year.
