61-year-old Cho Kyu-yeon, chairman of the injured on May 18, who took office in July.

Chairman Cho wrote on his resume that he had graduated from Gwangju High School as chairman.

However, as a result of YTN coverage, it was confirmed that Cho Kyu-yeon's high school education on his resume was not true.

This is the data from the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education secured by YTN.

Chairman Cho Kyu-yeon is not supposed to have graduated from Gwangju High School, but from Gwangju High School-affiliated Broadcasting and Communication High School.

That's also 2021, the year I graduated.

[Cho Kyu-yeon / Chairman of the May 18th Injured: It was 44 years ago when I attended the GED academy, but we didn't think much about it and said it was my age when I was in the second year of high school.]

Another problem was that Chairman Cho introduced himself, "In May 1980, when I was a 17-year-old second grader in high school, I was arrested for fighting against martial law forces as a citizen."

However, the Gwangju Metropolitan City's decision to pay the subsidy states that Chairman Cho Kyu-yeon was detained for 24 days after the May 18 Democratic Movement on September 23.

At the time of May 18, the job was 'agriculture', and the job at the time of receiving the subsidy was 'Fares Hotel'.

[Cho Kyu-yeon / Chairman of the May 18th Injured: This is what happened because the police officers just called me 'farming'. I took him to the security, investigated him there, tortured him, came to the Western Police Station, and repeated this.]

Chairman Cho Kyu-yeon said he sued some members for defamation, saying they were making excessive scratches against him.
