In the wake of this year's outdoor tangerine harvest season, the Jeju Provincial Police will intensively crack down on the distribution of citrus fruits other than products and false indication of the country of origin.

The self-governing police team organizes a crackdown team of 24 people from three classes to crack down on the distribution of citrus fruits other than products such as lack of sugar content.

It will also crack down on false indication of the country of origin by examining the routes of vehicles carrying citrus fruits through a patrol of major local road bases.

In addition to products, the wholesale market for agricultural and fishery products in the Seoul metropolitan area decided to focus on the distribution of citrus fruits.

The Jeju Provincial Police Agency plans to thoroughly inspect the distribution site so that there are no cases of citrus distribution other than products, taking advantage of the strong price.
