The area subject to the cancellation was designated as a land transaction permit zone from August 13 to December 31 this year in accordance with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's plan to expand housing supply to stabilize people's housing in August.
The total is 7.95㎢, including 2.84㎢ in Gambuk-dong, 1.45㎢ in Gammil-dong, 3.16㎢ in Gammi-dong, and 0.5㎢ in Choi-dong, which are excluded from the Gambuk-dong public housing district.
With the lifting of the land transaction permit zone, land transactions will be possible in this area without the mayor's permission.
