The annual number of passengers surpassing 4 million is the fourth among the 14 regional airports nationwide, following Jeju, Gimpo, and Gimhae.

Chungcheongbuk-do expects 4.8 million passengers this year, considering that the average monthly passengers at Cheongju Airport are 390,000.
