U.S. California wildfires spread...an emergency evacuation of more than 10,000 residents.

Dozens of homes were burned and more than 10,000 residents were ordered to evacuate as the "Mountain Fire" wildfire spread near Cameron, California.

The Associated Press reported on the 6th local time that the Mountain Fire wildfire northwest of Los Angeles is rapidly spreading due to strong winds, increasing the damage.

Disaster authorities urged more than 14,000 residents to evacuate quickly as wildfires spread in Ventura County, with the weather service warning of the possibility of a major fire.

Fire authorities say it is difficult to extinguish the fire by aircraft as the wind blows in a strong and irregular direction.
