LH "Loss bar due to suppression of sales price increase...Efforts to minimize the rise"

Lee Han-joon, president of Korea Land and Housing Corporation, said that LH is suffering enormous losses by curbing the rise in the sale price of public housing, but will try to minimize the rise.

President Lee attended a plenary session of the National Assembly's Land, Infrastructure and Transport Committee today (7th) and said, "We will minimize the increase in the sale price of the district to be sold in the future."

However, he added that this is a part that those who pre-subscribed should endure because basic construction costs go up at the time of the main contract.

President Lee explained that the same principle was applied to blocks A2 and A3, while winners of the third new city Incheon Contract A2 and A3 demanded that LH pay the increase in the sale price during the delay period.

President Lee said that LH suffered enormous losses only in Incheon Gyeyang A2 and A3 due to the suppression of the increase in the sale price, but added that he will try to minimize the increase in the sale price.
