The presidential office evaluated that President Yoon Suk Yeol's statement contained answers to the so-called "five major demands" of representative Han Dong-hoon to resolve the controversy over first lady Kim Gun-hee.
However, there was also a negative evaluation that the president's apology target or the level of personnel reorganization was not specific.

When the recordings of President Yoon Suk Yeol and Myung Tae-kyun's voice were released and the approval rating of the government hit a record low, representative Han Dong-hoon called for five reform measures from the president.
It included a clear explanation of the controversy over Myung Tae-kyun, a public apology, personnel reorganization, the suspension of Kim Gun-hee's external activities, the appointment of a special inspector, and a change in the state administration.
[Han Dong-hoon / Representative of the People's Power (last 4th): Public sentiment is turning fiercely. It hurts, but I have to admit that the public's antipathy against arbitrary state administration has grown.]
{President Yoon apologized at the beginning of the statement, saying in a question-and-answer session that Kim and his behavior were not correct.
He also explained in relative detail the contact with Myung Tae-kyun and the nomination process for by-elections immediately after his election,
When asked what he apologized for, he said it was difficult to elaborate, and he drew a line that some of the suspicions related to Myung were different from the facts and that it was not a matter to apologize.
It said it has begun a process of searching for talent for the reorganization of the presidential staff and the reshuffle of the presidential office.
However, he did not speak at the width, level and timing, but virtually did not acknowledge the existence of the "Kim Line" in the presidential office, which Han pointed out.
The response to Kim Gun-hee's request for a suspension of external activities, which was raised not only by the close circle but also by the pro-yoon circle, has mixed reviews.
First of all, President Yoon said that he has refrained from Kim's activities except when it is absolutely necessary in consideration of public opinion, and emphasized that he will maintain that stance.
He also disclosed the fact that the second deputy chief was appointed, and the close circle asked for the suspension of Kim's activities, but some people said, "Is it right to talk about the second deputy office that supports the activities?"On the issue of appointing a special inspector, which was strongly demanded by representative
, he gave the National Assembly credit, saying that he would start appointing candidates once they had completed the nomination process.
Finally, it was pointed out that President Yoon emphasized his will to "renew" during the conference, but did not specify the direction.
The president's office said after the conference that it was a "press conference that accepted the public sentiment" and that it answered all five demands for reform.
Some say that the president's office took into account various demands for reform from inside and outside the party as well as representative Han Dong-hoon in preparation for the statement.
Some point out that the president's message of reform should be realized in detail as soon as possible.
