Chairman Lee was charged with fraudulent recruitment and bribery, and attention is being paid to whether the results of the survey will affect the election of the next chairman of the sports association.

One of the allegations of Lee Ki-heung, chairman of the Korea Sports Council, is the suspicion of fraudulent employment.

It turns out that he has instructed his child's college friend A to ease the qualifications several times to help him.

The public service inspection team said that A was hired by deleting the qualifications and posting an announcement, even though he needed a national team experience and a qualification as a second-class professional sports leader.

Lee is also accused of having the chairman of a sports organization pay 80 million won for the purchase of health food and sportswear for athletes.

The chairman of the group was given the position after hoping for a major position related to the Paris Olympics, which the inspection team said amounted to a violation of the anti-graft law.

In addition, Chairman Lee privately used marketing revenue products, recommended five acquaintances to the Paris Olympics observers, and provided preferential tours.

Another high-ranking official in the athlete's village was accused of voluntarily using 47 million won worth of bedding sets and others by contacting the sponsor directly.

The inspection team notified the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to deal with other employees related to improper execution of business promotion expenses in accordance with the law.

After the survey, eight people, including Chairman Lee Ki-heung, who expressed their intention to seek a third term, will take steps to deal with the judiciary, drawing attention to whether it will affect the next presidential election of the Korea Sports Association.
