A power outage occurred at 10:20 p.m. last night (10th) at an apartment complex in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.

The power outage was restored 30 minutes later, at 10:50, but during this time, more than 1,600 apartments were unable to use elevators and temporarily cut off the supply of tap water.

KEPCO said it was found that the power outage occurred due to an apartment facility problem.
