Singer IU's agency said it has sued more than 180 people who caused damage to IU through intimidation, defamation, dissemination of false information and the production of illegal compounds.
The agency said that among those who defamed IU by raising unfounded plagiarism allegations last year, a person believed to be a middle school alumnus continues to harass her.
The agency and the artist urged the malicious commenters to stop their illegal activities, saying there would be no agreement or leniency.
