At around 12:40 p.m. yesterday (11th), a 1-ton truck driven by a driver in his 60s hit an SUV waiting for a signal from behind on the road in front of a gas station in Daeya-myeon, Gunsan-si, Jeollabuk-do.
In the aftermath of the accident, five people were injured after five consecutive crashes, and three of them were taken to hospitals.
Police believe that none of the people who caused the accident were drunk drivers, but they are checking whether the driver's license of the 1-ton truck is valid.
