' negotiations with opposition parties...the President's willingness to acceptOpposition party adheres to 'special prosecutor' rather than special inspector
The People's Power will hold a general meeting of lawmakers tomorrow (14th) to discuss the appointment of a special inspector proposed by representative Han Dong-hoon as a way to resolve the controversy over First Lady Kim Gun-hee.
However, the special inspector is expected to find a point of contact in a large framework, but the "party bulletin board" has emerged as a new element of internal conflict.

The people's power will hold a general meeting of lawmakers to discuss the promotion of a "special inspector" who monitors the president's relatives, including the first lady.
Considering the schedule of the plenary session, the time for the general meeting of lawmakers is not long, but the observation is that it will be concluded to "push for negotiations with the opposition party."
There are still many lawmakers who oppose the special inspector, but as the president has recently come forward and expressed his intention to accept it, there is not much justification to reject it.
On top of that, the ruling and opposition parties will decide the candidates for the special inspector together, and since the opposition party only pushes for the special prosecutor, not the special inspector, the strategy of "blaming the opposition party" is not bad even if it doesn't work out well.
[Lee Yang-soo / People's Power (SBS Radio's "Kim Tae-hyun's Political Show")] [It's like a promise to the people that we'll have a special inspector to prevent things from going wrong, so I think it's a good idea to make a declaration.]
The issue of the special inspector seems to be on the lull for now, but controversy has arisen recently as several articles have been posted on the party's bulletin board criticizing the president and his wife under the name of Han Dong-hoon and his family.
With the so-called pro-Yoon Seok-yeol system at the center, there are many voices calling for a party-level response such as a party audit, saying that no matter who the author is, he must be found and kicked out.
[Kwon Seong-dong / People's Power (Channel A 'Political Signal') : If there was a curse word against Han Dong-hoon, would the party leadership have responded so lukewarmly? From Han's point of view, it is right to quickly reveal this part to be proud of yourself..]
The close Dong-hoon community even announced a complaint against the spread of false information, saying that the connection with Han was not worth responding to.
[Jang Dong-hyuk / Member of the People's Power (MBC Radio 'Kim Jong-bae's Attention'): Would CEO Han Dong-hoon have done it with his real name to post such slanderous messages? I understand that we are considering whether we are going to do a party audit with that one thing.
The ruling party plans to move to a single party in November, when the first trial of Democratic Party Chairman Lee Jae-myung is scheduled.
Therefore, there is a temperature difference between factions over the issue of party bulletin boards, but there is also an atmosphere of caution about spreading to elements of conflict within the party.
