The Democratic Party of Korea filed a complaint with the National Assembly Ethics Committee against Song Eon-seok, chairman of the People's Power, who held a plenary session of the National Assembly's Strategy and Finance Committee alone.

Chung Tae-ho of the Democratic Party of Korea, the secretary of the opposition committee, argued that Song clearly violated the National Assembly Act by notifying the plenary session of the meeting three minutes before yesterday and dealing with the agenda in one minute and 20 seconds.

Earlier yesterday, when the Democratic Party of Korea handled the budget bill to halve the government's reserve fund for next year, the People's Power held a plenary session alone and proposed only the bill excluding the budget bill.
