In addition, the "third-party recommendation" method promoted by the Democratic Party of Korea passed the National Assembly plenary session.
This is the third time that the special prosecutor Kim has left the office in protest of the bill's passage and has decided to propose the exercise of the president's right to request reconsideration.

The third Kim Gun-hee independent counsel law, pushed by the Democratic Party, was passed at the National Assembly plenary session alone by the opposition party.
Both the ruling party and the opposition party voted without a vote of departure, with 191 people voting in favor of the 191 seats.
[Won-Sik Woo / Speaker of the National Assembly: We declare that the amendment to the bill on the appointment of a special prosecutor to investigate the stock price manipulation case of Yoon Suk Yeol's spouse, Kim Gun-hee, has been passed]
The special prosecution law on First Lady Kim requires the opposition to select two candidates after the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court recommends four candidates, and the president to appoint one of them.
However, the opposition party has been given the "right to veto" to demand re-recommendation.
The investigation targets were largely organized into two categories: Kim's involvement in Deutsche Motors stock price manipulation and allegations of fraudulent elections, personnel intervention, and manipulation of state affairs triggered by Myung Tae-kyun.
[Park Chan-dae, floor leader of the Democratic Party of Korea: The Democratic Party of Korea has come up with an amendment by accepting the demands of the people's power in order to follow the public sentiment]
The People's Power did not participate in the vote after leaving, saying that there was no minimum legal review, such as the appointment of a special prosecutor to the case under trial by the Supreme Court.
In addition, the special prosecutor said that Lee Jae-myung's bulletproof purpose is to actively propose to President Yoon Suk Yeol the right to request reconsideration, or exercise the right to veto.
[Joo Jin-woo / People's Power: I think this scene of two special investigations clearly reveals that the allegations made by the Democratic Party were fake and false bills]
The deadline for President Yoon's right to request reconsideration is 15 days after he is transferred to the government.
The opposition party plans to finalize the re-vote on the 28th, so the ruling and opposition parties are already engaged in a fierce war of nerves with the exercise of the right to demand reconsideration in mind.
[Choo Kyung-ho / People's Power Floor Leader: He is showing his intention to impeach the president by trampling on a specific individual and a specific political party under the Special Investigation Act.]
[Park Sung-joon / Deputy floor leader of the main opposition Minjoo Party: Han Dong-hoon is running out of time. You must now choose. Are the president and the "Yoon nuclear officials" abandoned by public sentiment? Or will you follow the will of the people? You have to decide on the answer.]
The competition between the ruling and opposition parties is expected to intensify until the 28th, when the ruling and opposition parties will re-vote the Kim Special Prosecutor Act.
Whether to raise additional suspicions related to Myung Tae-kyun or the internal situation of the passport is expected to be a major variable in the results of the re-vote.
