The Changwon District Court issued arrest warrants for those suspected of violating the Political Fund Act.
The court said the reason for issuing the warrant was that they could remove the evidence.
The two are accused of exchanging 76 million won on 16 occasions since the 2022 parliamentary by-election.
In addition, the two are accused of conspiring to receive 240 million won from two preliminary candidates in the Yeongnam region in the 8th local election.
The court dismissed the arrest warrant for two prospective candidates on the grounds that there was a dispute over whether the crime was established.
