Commuter bus and freight car crash in Geumsan...Twenty-two people are slightly injured.

At around 5:20 a.m. today (15th), a Hankook Tire commuter bus crossed the central line and collided with an 18-ton truck running on the opposite road near Geumsan Interchange on Tongyeong Daejeon Expressway.Twenty-two of the 23 passengers were injured and taken to hospital after

caused the bus to slide down the slope in an accident.

Police investigation found that the bus driver was not drunk.

Police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident based on the driver's statement that the bus running on the curved section slipped in the rain.
