President Yoon Suk Yeol held another Korea-Japan summit with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba in about a month.
This is the second bilateral meeting between the two leaders after the first meeting in Laos last month.President
Yoon stressed the importance of cooperation between Korea and Japan, saying that the situation is changing rapidly, with military cooperation between Russia and North Korea leading to the dispatch of North Korean troops after the last meeting.

The two leaders expressed strong concern about Russia-North Korea military cooperation and agreed to work together more closely to ensure that the international community sends a united message to North Korea.
