In Seoul, the morning air was very cold as the temperature dropped to 7 degrees this morning and the wind chill dropped to 3.8 degrees.

It started about 8 degrees lower than yesterday morning.

It is about 5 degrees higher than usual, but even in mid-November, it will feel colder due to an unusual high temperature of around 20 degrees.

The temperature in Seoul is still 14.4 degrees, which is about 5 degrees lower than yesterday.
