Democratic Party Secretary-General Kim Yoon-deok said that the party will respond to the trial of Lee Jae-myung, who was given a suspended sentence in the first trial.

If the fine is more than 1 million won, the presidential election expenses of 43.4 billion won will have to be returned to the national treasury, so they will consider setting up lawyers directly from the party.

The party's prosecution's dictatorship task force, which includes former prosecutors, set the day for the court, calling it a "political judgment to kill Lee Jae-myung" in sympathy with the "political prosecution."

Legislative and judicial members of the Democratic Party of Korea and the Cho Kuk Innovation Party are also focusing on public opinion, accusing them of a political trial that copied and pasted the prosecution's indictment.

Secretary-General Kim drew a line, saying there was no possibility of a "leadership change," and emphasized that solidarity is better without shaking.

In fact, Gyeonggi Province Governor Kim Dong-yeon, former Blue House Chief of Staff Lim Jong-seok and other non-Lee Jae-myung officials expressed regret over the judiciary's ruling.
