According to a survey by the Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements, the consumer sentiment index of the Seoul home sales market was 117.7 last month, down 8.1 points from the previous month.
Although the sentiment index remained elevated above 115, it has weakened for the third straight month since peaking at 140.6 in July.
The economy's home sales sentiment index fell to 111.2 last month from 119.5 in September and 109.5 in Incheon from 116.1 to 109.5, both of which changed from "up" to "compromise."
