You enjoy ramen that you can eat cheaply, right?

Ramen sales growth of the three convenience stores continues to be double-digit this year.

But the increase has decreased compared to last year.

On the other hand, exports of Korean ramen reached a cumulative $1 billion until last month this year, up 30% from last year, a new all-time high.

In particular, Samyang's operating profit surged 101% in the third quarter from last year on the back of its overseas popularity in the Buldak series, and it became the leader of ramen noodles in May, outpacing Nongshim in market capitalization.Overseas interest in Korean alcohol is also increasing due to the K-food craze such as

ramen and seaweed.

Recently, expectations are rising in related industries when Black Pink Rosé introduced somaek on YouTube after incorporating a drinking game called "Apartment" into the song.

As the soju introduced by Rosé turned out to be Chamisul, Hite Jinro's stock price soared 6% a few days later.

With soju and beer accounting for more than 80% of the liquor export share, traditional liquor companies are also trying to change to various fragrances and ingredients.

However, there are many obstacles to overcome in order to succeed in overseas markets.
