Earlier, Yonsei University submitted an objection to the Seoul Western District Court on the 15th, when the decision to cite the provisional injunction was made, and an application to quickly set a date.
Yonsei University said it would decide whether to carry over the number of applicants for the essay exam on time after watching the appeal decision, and asked them to allow them to receive the appeal decision before the 13th of next month, the scheduled date for the announcement of successful applicants.
In a statement, he also explained that he would not cause unfair damage to a large number of test takers, and that he would prepare follow-up procedures according to the results of the original lawsuit and its timing.
Earlier, the court decided to stop the follow-up process of the essay screening until a class action ruling demanding a retest, saying the fairness of the test has been undermined.
In response, Yonsei University plans to appeal if it does not accept it after filing an objection.
