Han stressed that the power of the people is the party that finds and practices what workers really need.
"As a conservative right-wing party, it refers to right-wing growth, but growth is a tool for welfare," he said, adding that he will consider which welfare should be prioritized to benefit the people and workers properly.
He added that he thinks the ruling party and the Federation of Korean Trade Unions, which represents workers, can find a point of contact and have a good conversation about the full application of the Labor Standards Act for workplaces with fewer than five employees and the extension of the retirement age required by labor.
