Gyeonggi Office of Education Signs Cooperation Agreement to Promote Student Mental Health

The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education signed a business agreement with the Korean Association of Pediatric and Youth Psychiatry today (19th) to cooperate to promote student mental health.

Under the agreement, the two institutions will designate medical institutions for counseling and treatment of students in crisis, and promote projects in which mental health experts visit schools to support them.

Superintendent Lim Tae-hee expected, "This agreement will be a great help to systematically solve students' mental and mental health problems and help students grow in a balanced way."

The Korean Association of Pediatric Youth Psychiatry was established in 1985 and is a non-profit academic institution with 677 specialists, including university hospitals and private hospitals.
