At around 3:20 p.m. today (19th), three people who were testing vehicles at Hyundai Motor's Ulsan plant 4 died of suffocation.

Police and fire authorities were reported to have suffocated at around 3 p.m. because no researchers in their 40s, 30s, and 20s had to finish the test at 12:50 p.m.

Three people were taken to the hospital, but they eventually died.

The space where three researchers were found is an enclosed place where one vehicle enters and tests vehicle performance by creating various environments.

Police are investigating the accident because engine exhaust was not discharged to the outside in the test space.

The Ministry of Employment and Labor is also investigating violations of the Serious Accident Punishment Act, along with an order to suspend work for the work.

Hyundai Motor's Ulsan plant is subject to the Serious Accident Punishment Act with more than 10 full-time workers.
