The Democratic Party of Korea claimed that Yoon Han-hong, a member of the People's Power, asked Myung Tae-kyun to "release only the recordings of the president's anger," which is an attempt to appease suspicions of nomination deals.

Park Chan-dae, the floor leader of the party, said at the Supreme Council that there was also a recording of President Yoon calling Myung to apologize for an hour and expressing the difficulties of regime change.

He then pointed out that even though Representative Yoon was aware of the existence of the recording, it was an optional release of the recording and an attempt to make a backdoor transaction that President Yoon requested to release only the angry recording.

It also demanded that the public immediately discipline Representative Yoon Han-hong and actively approve Kim Gun-hee's independent counsel, saying, "The reason why President Yoon refuses the independent counsel with lies and sophistry has become clear."

Spokesman Han Min-soo met with reporters after the meeting and explained that he decided to immediately file a complaint with the National Assembly Ethics Committee.
