The opposition party pointed out that Park, who was a KBS anchor, was not qualified as president, claiming that he made biased broadcasts to protect First Lady Kim Gun-hee during New Year's talks with President Park Yoon Suk Yeol.
On the other hand, the ruling party refuted that it was no different from the people's trial, saying that the Democratic Party of Korea pushed ahead with a three-day hearing for the purpose of bulletproof Chairman Lee Jae-myung, even though candidate Park did not have any major flaws.
At the hearing, a scene in which an employee of the candidate Park's confirmation hearing preparation team sent a text message to a KBS reporter saying, "We are going to a strategy of not answering."
The National Assembly's Ministry of Science and Defense decided to consider the legality of the president's recommendation process, led by the opposition party on the 25th.
