Min, former CEO Min filed a complaint with Yongsan Police Station today (22nd) against CEO Kim Tae-ho of Billifrap, Deputy CEO Choi Yoon-hyuk, Heo Se-ryeon, and Lee Ga-jun on charges of defamation under the Information and Communication Network Act.
In addition, he filed a lawsuit seeking 5 billion won in damages from Bilibrap. Former representative of
Min said, "Kim Tae-ho unpacked (media play) that former representative Min delayed a civil lawsuit filed by Billifrap, which is a clear false fact."
He added, "We hope that they will be given criminal punishment equivalent to the crime and that they will be liable for damages."
Previously, Billifrap filed a 2 billion won damages lawsuit against former CEO Min, claiming that former CEO Min's allegations of plagiarism were false.
The first hearing date on this will be held in January next year.
