The Seoul Medical University and Seoul National University Hospital Professors' Emergency Response Committee announced the results of a survey of 164 professors today.
When asked what percentage of the time they spent on the current study, 35.7% of the participants answered on average.
In addition, 72 percent of respondents said they were not guaranteed when asked if they were guaranteed a break time after 24 hours of work.
About the total working hours over the past week, 80% said it was more than 52 hours a week, and 8% said it was more than 100 hours, the maximum section.
The emergency committee pointed out that research that requires most professors to invest for a long time is put on the back burner because of the legislative conflict.
