The ruling and opposition parties continued a fierce war of nerves a day before the first trial of Lee Jae-myung, the leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, on charges of perjury.

The Democratic Party claimed that it was a judicial murder against Representative Lee, while the power of the people could only be seen as bulletproof against Representative Lee.

The Democratic Party of Korea emphasized that there was no perjury or teacher a day before Lee Jae-myung's perjury teacher was sentenced.

Supreme Council member Kim Min-seok called the prosecution's investigation and prosecution of Representative Lee Jae-myung a "judicial murder" and claimed that the murder attempt combined the regime's judgment and public support for Representative Lee.

However, I drew a line on words and actions that could be interpreted as criticism of the entire judiciary.

[Kim Min-seok / Supreme Council member of the Minjoo Party of Korea] Strictly speaking, he pointed out the lack of a judicial system rather than a judicial murder.]

On the other hand, the People's Power criticized the Democratic Party for holding outdoor rallies even though it caused a lot of inconvenience, but there was no response from ordinary citizens.

He argued that such civic indifference is a sign that representative Lee's judicial risk is in full swing, and that Kim Gun-hee's call for an independent counsel is also a threat to the president.

He also urged people to return to their livelihoods, citing factors of economic instability such as Trump's return to power and the war in Russia and Ukraine.

[Han Ji-ah / Senior spokesman for People's Power: The main opposition party's job is not to instigate it on the cold asphalt floor, but to create a parliament for the people's livelihood, which is the original duty of the National Assembly....]

The Democratic Party of Korea plans to push for a re-decision at a plenary session scheduled this week if President Yoon Suk Yeol exercises his right to demand reconsideration in the third special counsel law on Kim, which has already passed the National Assembly.

However, in the case of a heavy sentence equivalent to the deprivation of the right to run for election again following the first trial on charges of violating the Election Act,
Not only the re-decision of the
Special Prosecutor Act, but also the sense of crisis that representative Lee's leadership itself could be shaken is being read by some in the party.
