The Jongam Police Station in Seoul arrested a man in his 30s on charges of acting strangely after taking drugs.
At around 9 a.m. on the 22nd, Mr. A was hanging from a window frame while drunk at his home in Jangwi-dong, Seoul, and was rescued by the police and fire department who were dispatched after receiving a witness report.
When A rambled, the police conducted a simple drug reagent test and arrested him urgently because he tested positive.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the incident against A.
