According to a report by the Chosun Ilbo on the 25th, the 2-2 Criminal Department of the Incheon District Court (Judge Jin Won-du) sentenced Kim, who was indicted on charges of stalking and ignorance, to one and a half years in prison and three years of probation on the 15th.

Earlier in March, Kim filed a complaint against Son on charges of child abuse, saying his son A was frequently verbally abused by director Son and was pushed away while being caught by the neck.

Kim reportedly demanded a settlement of 500 million won from Son just before the complaint, saying, "Son Heung-min is a world-class player and how much does it cost to market his image?

In this regard, director Sohn said in a statement, "The facts of the complainant's allegations are different from the truth. "I swear with all my might, there was never a word or action in the actions of the academy leaders that did not presuppose love for children," he denied the charges.

Apart from the incident, Kim was reportedly sentenced to one and a half years in prison and three years of probation in another appeals court on the 15th.

When his account was on the verge of being seized due to gambling charges in 2016, Kim is accused of writing a false complaint (not guilty) that "B suffered losses by means of transferring accounts to B" after gambling on the Internet by depositing funds into his acquaintance B's account.

Also, Kim is also accused of stalking other victims by sending SNS messages such as, "Don't make up stories that don't mean to me," and "If you've been investigated well by the police and committed a crime, be punished."
