On the 25th, a video titled "A bus driver who was urinated after telling him not to smoke" was posted on the YouTube channel "Han Moon-cheol TV."
The incident took place around 11 p.m. on the 19th.
According to a black box video released by an informant who identified himself as a colleague of the victim's company, A sat in the back seat and started smoking on a bus with six passengers, including the perpetrator man A.
After seeing this, driver B approached and restrained A. However, when the bus departed, Mr. A appeared to burn cigarettes again. Eventually, B stopped him once again and reported him to the police.
Afterwards, an angry man went to the driver's seat and suddenly lowered his pants and attacked the driver to urinate. In addition, he assaulted B and suffered two weeks of injuries before treatment, including bruises on B's face and blood on his forehead.
Lawyer Han Moon-chul was puzzled, saying, "There are 100,000 videos, but I've never seen anything like this before." He also predicted that the key will be whether B's assault falls under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Special Act) for assaulting a driver of a driving car or general injury.
