AI antigen detected at Seosan Duck Farm in Chungcheongnam-do... "High pathogenicity test."

Chungcheongnam-do and Seosan-si announced yesterday (25th) that H5 type avian influenza and AI antigens were detected at a meat duck farm in Seosan and are being tested for high pathogenicity.

The farm, which raises more than 33,000 ducks, had no problem in the test on the 20th, but the H5 type antigen was detected in the pre-shipment test.

The quarantine authorities deployed an initial response team to control the farm and dispose of the slaughter, ordering farms within a 10-kilometer radius to stop moving.
