The Korea Consumer Agency tested and evaluated the mileage of three electric vehicles in winter and summer conditions, and found that some vehicles had shorter actual driving distances than the vehicle instrument panel display, and fluctuations vary greatly depending on the temperature. In the
18℃ room temperature test, there was little difference between the instrument cluster and the Hyundai Ioniq 5, but the Tesla Model 3 was 6% shorter.
In the winter condition experiment at minus 1℃, all three models had shorter mileage, with EV6 decreasing by 6%, Ioniq 5 by 10%, and Model 3 by 21%.
On the other hand, Ioniq 524%, EV 622% and Model 3 13%, respectively, had the smallest difference in mileage due to temperature changes in the Model 3.
