As Hanmi Pharmaceutical sued Lim Jong-hoon, CEO of Hanmi Science, the holding company, the battle between the two sides is intensifying.

Hanmi Pharmaceutical said it has filed a complaint with the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency against CEO Lim on charges of obstruction of business and other charges and applied for an injunction against obstruction of business.

He also claimed that CEO Lim mobilized executives and employees to control Hanmi Pharmaceutical from carrying out its financial accounting, personnel, and computer work and obstruct the CEO's execution of his work.

The management dispute between the two sides seems to be overheating as Hanmi Science filed a complaint against the management, including CEO Park Jae-hyun of Hanmi Pharmaceutical, on charges of breach of trust.

Lim Jong-yoon, the executive director of Hanmi Science, and Lim Jong-hoon, the brothers of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group, will compete with a three-member alliance, including Song Young-sook, chairman of Hanmi Pharmaceutical Group, over the expansion of the number of directors and the appointment of new directors at the Korea-US Science extraordinary shareholders' meeting the day after tomorrow (28th).
