The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said that snow clouds accompanied by cold will flow inland periodically, with up to 20cm in Gangwon Province, 15cm in the mountains of Honam and Jeju Island, and up to 10cm in eastern Gyeonggi Province and Chungcheong Province from tonight to the day after tomorrow.
There is a possibility that a heavy snow warning will be issued in Seoul as much as 3 to 8 centimeters of snow is expected.
The Korea Meteorological Administration feared that there would be a risk of a slip accident on the way to work due to the high possibility of strong and heavy snow concentration between dawn and morning tomorrow.
The snow will continue inland until the morning of the day after tomorrow and then subside in the afternoon, but Chungcheong and Honam regions, which are affected by the terrain, are expected to continue until the end of the week.
In particular, colder weather than usual below zero is expected to continue somewhat longer through the weekend and next week.
