Recently, MBC's "True Story Exploration Team" reported that a woman A, who was continuously assaulted and sexually assaulted by her stepfather and eventually dropped out of school.
Mr. A met his stepfather when his mother remarried around the age of 5. Then, when he was in the first grade of elementary school, he was found out by his stepfather about meeting his maternal grandmother in front of the school and began to be assaulted.
Mr. A said, "I assaulted him three or four times a week," and added, "I grabbed him by the collar and threw him away, or slapped him suddenly while eating." It wasn't just admonition. "It was assault to anyone," he said. "I often looked at the hands because I didn't know when and how they would fly."
By the age of 11, the stepfather had even committed sex crimes against A.
Mr. A said, "I was in the fourth grade of elementary school. "I had a habit of my stepfather coming to wake me up every morning and pressing my earlobe," he said. "As I was doing that habit, I touched my chest and put my hand underneath it and touched it (the important part). The sexual harassment began every morning, saying, "You have to touch your chest like this to get your chest out."
Even the stepfather told A, a first-year high school student, "I'm going to have a boyfriend anyway, so let's have sex with me," and "It's good to do it with your father before you have a boyfriend." He didn't hesitate to say, "Let's give it a try."
Mr. A said, "My mother was doing business, so it was late to go home. At that time, when my stepfather and I were together, he grabbed my wrist and went to the main room," he confessed.
He said, "I was studying, and my stepfather came and said, 'Let's do it once,' so I refused, and he hit me. In the process, some of the lower teeth were broken by the impact as the chair moved back. But that day, I couldn't avoid sexual assault," he recalled of a difficult time.
Mr. A said, "My stepfather always said a lot of things that mocked my mother. "I laughed softly and said, 'I look like your mom,' and 'Let's run away and live if we get pregnant,'" he said.
A, who couldn't stand it, eventually left home in the second year of high school and made a living by working part-time. The mother, who belatedly learned of the damage, said, "I'm sorry and sorry," and is currently filing for divorce.
Mr. A, who had been living a normal working life over time, received a complaint two years ago from his stepfather, who had not contacted him for 13 years, confirming the absence of a biological parent-child relationship.
Unable to stand it, A sued his stepfather for sexual violence crimes along with forgery of private documents. In the end, A said, "What my father wants is to give up his inheritance. When I sued for forgery of private documents, I dropped the lawsuit, but I filed another lawsuit in June," he said.
Experts said that even though a lot of time has passed, there is a possibility that crimes committed by stepfathers in the past will be punished.
