The opening ceremony of the Chungju-Mungyeong section of the KTX Jungbu Inland Line will be held today (27th) at Mungyeong Station.

The newly opened section is a 39.2km section connecting Chungju Station and Mungyeong Station, and the official operation time will be on the 30th.

The KTX Jungbu Inland Line is connected to the north Kyeonggang Line, so passengers can travel from Pangyo, Seongnam City to Mungyeong, North Gyeongsang Province on the KTX-Eum from the 30th.

Among the three COVID-19 treatments currently available, the prescription for "Lagebrio" will be limited from today (27th).

The KDCA said Lagebrio's product licensing process for health insurance coverage has been delayed, limiting its supply to patients over 70 years old in the government's inventory range for the time being.

Other COVID-19 treatments, Paxlovid and Veclurizu, can be prescribed to those aged 60 or older and those with immunocompromised and underlying diseases aged 18 or older.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government will hold the 2024 Seoul Design International Forum at Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) today (27th) under the theme of "Sustainable City's Future and Design."

The event, which marks its fifth anniversary this year, will be attended by Peter Zeke, chairman of Red Dot, one of the world's top three design awards, and Craig Kiner, chief executive of Zaha Hadid's architectural office, who designed the DDP, for special talks with Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon.
