The Ministry of Employment and Labor announced today that it has announced the limit of exemption from working hours, which was decided by the Civil Service Union Act and the Teachers' Union Act.
The civil service union was able to have a full-time union worker who received a salary due to the enforcement of the revised Civil Service Union Act in December last year, and after discussions, decided on a time-off limit for full-time workers on the 22nd of last month.
The time-off level is estimated to be 50% of the private sector, and labor, which has claimed 90% of the private sector, is protesting.
The time-off limit for teachers' unions was also decided on the 28th of last month at 49% of the private sector.
The notice allows civil servants and teachers' unions to immediately apply time-offs on the spot, but the limit should be decided after consultation between the agency and the union in consideration of each agency's budget and manpower situation.
