Mok-dong Complex 14, the largest in Mok-dong, Seoul, will be rebuilt into an apartment with a height of up to 49 stories.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that a special subcommittee, including the rapid integration planning and maintenance project, approved the revision of the Mokdong 14 apartment reconstruction maintenance plan, designation of maintenance areas, and landscape review plan.

As a result, Mokdong Complex 14 will be transformed into a 5,181 household apartment with a floor area ratio of less than 300% and will also be built with public walking passages, green spaces, and elderly care facilities to improve walking accessibility.
