The Ministry of Education explained in its admission data today (27th) that Yonsei University's proposed additional test and the resulting double selection of successful applicants constitutes an over-recruitment due to the negligence of the university.
He added that an order to reduce the number of recruits in 2027 is also possible based on the standards for handling excess recruitment of new students.
The Ministry of Education also stressed that Yonsei University and the person in charge of causing confusion in entrance examinations will take strict measures depending on the results of the investigation in the future.
