Judge Ji Choong-hyun of the Seoul Western District Court sentenced A, who is accused of violating the law on the punishment of stalking crimes, to one year in prison and two years of probation at a hearing held on the morning of the 27th.
He also ordered 40 hours of sexual violence treatment lectures and 30 hours of stalking treatment programs.
Mr. A was previously put on trial from August to October last year on charges of secondary abuse by sending messages of sexual shame and disgust to victims of the Busan spin-off incident on social networking services (SNS) 10 times.
He also threatened the victim with the intention of hitting him, saying, "I have to be hit."
A denied the allegation that he did not intend to cause sexual shame, insult or harm to the victim, but the court refused to accept it.
Meanwhile, the "Busan Spin Kick" incident occurred in May 2022 when a man in his 30s chased a woman in her 20s who had no idea and assaulted her indiscriminately, and the victim was injured for eight weeks.
