Company A, founded by the main culprit of the Incheon lease fraud, lost a lawsuit filed by demanding invalidity and cancellation of the cancellation of the designation of the Mangsang District 1 development project operator in the East Coast region of Gangwon Province.

The first administration of Gangneung Branch of the Chuncheon District Court rejected the claim, saying there was no basis for accepting the plaintiff's claim in a lawsuit filed by Company A against the head of the East Coast Free Economic Zone.

The court ruled that the defendant's disposition, which was deemed impossible to develop within the project implementation period due to reasons attributable to Company A, was legitimate.
